Classes begin Wednesday, August 29, but Friday was move-in day at the private, Christian university.
New students came from 45 states and numerous foreign countries including Bolivia, Spain, Hungary, Congo, Kenya, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, China and Sri Lanka, as well as our neighbors Mexico, Canada and Bahamas.
New residents arrived for residence hall check-in at 8 a.m. That was followed by a Welcome Extravaganza and faculty meet-and-greet.
